Remote options are available for Contiguous US locations. The role emphasizes ALM processes, ticket/work management, and knowledge documentation to improve service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business analysis, service coordination, operations support, or client-facing roles.
• Experience using ServiceNow (incidents, requests, service workflows).
• Experience using Azure DevOps (work items, user stories, defects, tasks).
• Familiarity with ALM processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements.
• Translate client needs into functional requirements and actionable work items.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams for clear requirements.
• Lead requirements review sessions and plan service enhancements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client experience.
• Serve as primary contact for service-related requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate service provisioning and support across internal teams.
• Monitor progress of service requests and provide timely updates to clients.
• Support project planning, testing, and transition-to-support activities.
• Create and maintain service procedures and knowledge documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of requests and workflows.
