Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst to join the IAM modernization team on an Agile project. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and support rapid, reliable delivery across sprints.

Work with government Product Owner and stakeholders, perform discovery with Human-Centered Design, and help refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priority while documenting IAM change requests.

Qualifications

Gather and document business and user requirements clearly.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred).
Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Employ Human-Centered Design and user research techniques.
Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Show attention to detail and strong organization.
Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira or similar.
Manage change requests and support project documentation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to plan work and prioritize backlog.
Conduct discovery and user research to define sprint scope and deliver value.
