Job summary

PingWind is seeking a DBA / Data Modeler / Data Engineer to design, manage, and optimize data activities supporting the IAM systems. This role drives the migration from legacy AIMS/PAS to a cloud-centric IAM solution and ensures secure, accurate data handling throughout operations.

The candidate will model data, create mappings and dictionaries, and develop automated data sharing while supporting data‑flow and token management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years in data systems, data modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience with data migration and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize data activities for IAM migrations.
• Create and maintain data models, mappings, and dictionaries.
• Develop automated data sharing and integration processes.
• Support network and data flow tasks, capture true IP addresses.
• Ensure encryption and protection of key user data.
• Perform DB tuning, monitoring, backups, and capacity management.
