Ping Identity is seeking a growth-minded Business Analyst to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Sales Engineering Operations team. You will transform sales plays into developer-ready stories, lead rapid prototyping loops, and validate prototypes through manual testing of IAM features.

This role emphasizes business analysis over software engineering and requires strong storytelling with GenAI support.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, tech support, or systems analysis.
• Ability to translate sales plays into developer-ready user stories.
• Strong problem-solving with cross-platform/device awareness.
• GenAI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate sales logic into developer stories in Jira.
• Drive iterative prototyping loops with mockups and prototypes.
• Utilize GenAI tools to speed up documentation and flows.
• Perform last-mile validation through manual testing of IAM features.
• Maintain demo readiness for live sales demonstrations.
• Stay aligned with current sales processes and improvements.
