Job summary

Huntington is seeking an onsite IAM-focused Business Analyst/Scrum Master to partner with the Director of IAM and Senior Service Delivery Manager. You will translate requirements into features and user stories, refine acceptance criteria, and guide backlog refinement across Agile teams.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and coordinating with Product Owner and SMEs, while ensuring a smooth Agile process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related roles.
• 1+ years of professional experience managing IAM projects.
• General knowledge of IAM concepts and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist IAM Director and Senior Service Delivery Manager with planning activities and meeting follow ups.
• Gather requirements with the Product Owner and stakeholders to develop Features and User Stories.
• Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimate story points during backlog refinement.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and refine Epics into Features and User Stories.
• Create and refine dashboards, run queries, and produce progress reports.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owner to maintain a holistic view of work.
