Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience providing business analysis services to management and technical personnel supporting federal IT investments.
• Ability to apply Business Operations & Analysis within an integrated PMO/BA environment.
• Experience mapping current-state, interim-state and future-state processes and supporting modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Prepare documentation for NIST SP 800-53 control assessments.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
