Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a Business Analyst – Change & Configuration Management, Intermediate to support Indian Affairs and Office of Information Technology programs. The role requires deep business analysis, CCM knowledge, and collaboration with government stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive modernization and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of business analysis experience on federal IT investments.
• Experience with CCM, change control, and release-management processes.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage requirements.
• Map current/future processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support NIST 800-53 control assessments.
• Assist privacy/security documentation including PIIs and PIAs.
• Coordinate CCM activities and maintain CMDB data.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and training sessions.
