Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. You will manage CCM, coordinate change and release activities, and ensure compliance with NIST, DOI, and IA policies while coordinating with CORs and multiple stakeholders.

The role requires five+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and ability to work across QA, IT Asset Management, or BA domains, within a federal IT context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, or Release Management.
• Experience with CMDBs, configuration records, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management.
• Hands-on experience leading PI Planning and integrating delivery disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Change and Configuration activities from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate release-management across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead CCM processes, CCB meetings, and change documentation.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Provide functional support in Quality/Tests, IT Asset or BA/requirements management.
