Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing business analysis services to management and technical personnel.
• Experience with configuration management, change control, and release-management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and federal IT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, and system requirements.
• Support CCM processes, CMDB activities, and change-release workflows.
