Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Science Project Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to lead Property & Facility Condition Assessments and due diligence reports.

This hybrid role involves site visits weekly, report writing, and collaborating with clients and project teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architecture/engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems and provide recommendations for immediate repairs.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.).
• Technical report authoring and preparation of quality documents (maps, appendices, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones; communicate progress to Project Manager and client.
