Job summary

Electrolux Group in the United States is seeking a Manager, Builder Direct to lead a team of Builder Account Managers across an assigned territory. You will drive sales execution, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance while coaching and developing your team and ensuring policy adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to partner with cross-functional teams and travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in field sales, account management, or related experience.
• Previous people management experience preferred, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of sales concepts, practices, and business processes; appliance/builder industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management and coaching.
• Ensure consistent execution of Builder Direct policies and sales initiatives across territory.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Single-Family and Multi-Family business needs.
• Monitor performance with reporting and KPIs, identify opportunities and concerns.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support account execution.
• Manage and approve change orders per policies and procedures.
• Support Director of Contract Direct Sales with planning and initiatives.
• Represent organization at customer meetings and industry events.
