Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management, KPI tracking, and coaching.
• Ensure consistent execution of Builder Direct policies and sales initiatives across territory.
• Serve as escalation point for Single-Family and Multi-Family business needs including customer concerns and site visits.
• Monitor performance through reporting and metrics; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support account execution.
