Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Manager, Builder Direct to lead a team of Builder Account Managers across an assigned territory. You will drive sales execution, customer satisfaction, and business performance while coaching and developing staff.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and extensive travel within the territory. Occasional participation in trade shows and client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in field sales or account management.
• Experience coaching and managing performance preferred.
• Experience within appliance/builder industry preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management, KPI tracking, development planning, coaching, training, 1:1 meetings, and market visits.
• Ensure consistent execution of Builder Direct policies, procedures, account strategies, and sales initiatives across the territory.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Single-Family and Multi-Family needs, including customer concerns and field visits.
• Monitor business performance through reporting and key metrics, driving opportunities and addressing concerns.
• Partner with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support account execution.
• Manage and approve change orders per established policies.
• Support the Director of Contract Direct Sales with planning, initiatives, and special projects.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
