Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management, KPI tracking, and market visits.
• Ensure consistent execution of Builder Direct policies, procedures, and account strategies.
• Serve as escalation point for Single-Family and Multi-Family needs, including customer concerns and meetings.
• Monitor performance and provide visibility to opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support execution.
