Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or operational support experience.
• Experience in field operations or client services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to follow established workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate break-fix intake and scheduling with field teams and stakeholders.
• Manage revisit coordination and field follow-up with accurate documentation.
• Maintain Break-Fix and revisit data in tracking tools; escalate when needed.
• Assist in issue resolution with SMEs and escalation to prevent service delays.
• Support cross-functional communication to keep requests moving toward resolution.
