2020 Companies is seeking a Scheduling Lead to join our Shared Services Team. You will coordinate daily schedules for field representatives, ensuring coverage and on-time assignments, working with Scheduling Coordinators, Team Leads, Market Leads, and internal partners in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role rewards organization and clear communication, with responsibilities spanning workload balancing, real-time schedule adjustments, and reporting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily scheduling of field representatives with Scheduling Coordinators and team leads.
• Adjust schedules to ensure coverage for all shifts and assignments.
• Monitor staffing levels and identify scheduling gaps or risks.
• Address changes and last-minute adjustments to minimize disruption to operations.
• Ensure all jobs are scheduled within 48-hour windows and optimize routes when possible.
• Maintain schedules in designated systems (e.g., Salesforce, Teams, Airtable).
• Provide administrative support and scheduling data reporting.
