Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active P&C licensing.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and performance management.
• Implement strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting to achieve financial goals.
• Oversee HR processes, policy enforcement, and staff development.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional director of operations.
• Act as Account Manager for a designated book of business.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with core workflows.
