Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 2+ years of management / supervisor experience.
• Active P&C license.
• CISR or CIC designation (preferred).
• Outstanding communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations management activities and oversee team performance.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans; monitor budgeting and financial goals.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and ensure service quality.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with HR processes and company policies.
• Foster IOA values and leadership development across the team.
