Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales team, referrals and/or patients to gather missing documentation to meet insurance guidelines.
• Answer phone calls from customers to provide information and troubleshoot common issues, elevating as needed.
• Perform processing duties for the Branch including intake creation and reviewing ACIS screens, confirm deliveries and verify insurance.
• Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry.
• Assist with patient scheduling for delivery and pick up of equipment.
