Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and basic document handling.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and assist Branch Manager.
• Answer phone calls and provide introductory information to customers.
• Process intakes, verify insurance, and assist with scheduling/deliveries.
• Manage data entry, archiving, and document triage.
• Coordinate with Sales, referrals, and patients as needed.
