Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patient and provider interactions by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, schedule deliveries, and assist with billing to ensure accurate reimbursement and timely care.

The role emphasizes customer service, multi-system data entry, and collaboration with the sales team and referrals to meet insurance guidelines. A strong emphasis on organizing and communication is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Preferred: at least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, and verify insurance.
• Obtain authorization of equipment per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to bill health plans and maximize benefits.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
