Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in healthcare or call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with branch team and other departments.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and assist with data entry.
