Job summary

Rockstar is hiring a full-time Bookkeeping, HR Virtual Assistant on behalf of a multi-location physical therapy practice. This remote role covers bookkeeping, HR/payroll, and patient-facing support, with QuickBooks Online and payroll tasks.

You will maintain records, onboard staff, process payroll changes, and assist with scheduling and patient inquiries, adapting to weekly priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Experience with HR/payroll administration and onboarding.
• Ability to multitask across financial and patient-facing support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with records.
• Comfort with patient-facing calls and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Financial Administration: Maintain QuickBooks Online records and reconcile transactions.
• HR & Payroll Administration: Manage onboarding, payroll changes, and benefits enrollments.
• Patient & Practice Support: Provide remote scheduling support and phone assistance.
