Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a part-time Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Virtual Assistant to support restaurant and hospitality clients with daily sales data entry into QuickBooks Online and related admin workflows.

This remote Independent Contractor role starts at 10 hours per week, with potential to grow as SOPs are established; the ideal candidate is accurate, reliable, and comfortable following documented processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Experience providing bookkeeping or accounting support
• Strong financial data-entry capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort with recurring transactions or sales data
• Hospitality bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Enter daily restaurant sales activity into QuickBooks Online
• Review client reports and transfer required information
• Follow established data-entry procedures
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and organize supporting docs
