Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency is required.
• GAAP knowledge and double-entry bookkeeping experience.
• Experience posting and reconciling debits and credits in a multi-account environment.
• Experience importing and matching credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile debits and credits across accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Import credit card transactions and accurately match expenses to payments.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and intercompany entries.
• Generate standard financial reports and support month-end/year-end closes.
