US Tax Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Payroll Processor to support our CPA practice. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and Desktop and process payroll with ADP Run Payroll and Sure Payroll.

Responsibilities include reconciling statements, generating financial reports, assisting with QuickBooks setup and troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with tax deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years with QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
• Proficiency with ADP Run Payroll and Sure Payroll.
• Strong bookkeeping and payroll knowledge including compliance.
• Able to manage multiple clients with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple clients.
• Process client payroll using ADP Run Payroll and Sure Payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements, AP, and AR.
• Prepare and review financial reports.
• Assist with QuickBooks setup and troubleshooting.
