Wing is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to work remotely. This role supports international clients, handles AR, invoicing, deposits, revenue tracking, and account reconciliations, and prepares monthly financial reports with balance sheets and payroll documents.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of bookkeeping experience with international clients, knowledge of US taxation, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Asana, Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients
• Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
• Background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
• Tech savvy with cloud services, desktop sharing, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
• Proactive attitude
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Responsabilités

• Monitor contracts and vendor agreements
• Process accounts receivable including invoicing, deposits, and revenue tracking
• Reconcile accounts as needed
• Manage data entry and bank reconciliation
• Gather data for monthly financial reports
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents
• Maintain confidentiality of books and records
• Ad hoc tasks
