Job summary

Wing is seeking an Expert Bookkeeper for a full-time remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on day-to-day financial operations, cost accounting, invoice verification, and reconciliations under the Chief Bookkeeper’s guidance.

You will manage payables/receivables, process bank deposits and card entries in QuickBooks, and maintain accurate Excel records. Experience with inventory is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior/expert bookkeeping experience in manufacturing or product-based business.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and able to verify large data volumes.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verify invoices for 2024 and 2025.
• Enter bank deposits and credit card transactions into QuickBooks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations under supervision.
• Maintain digital records and transaction logs.
• Perform cost accounting.
• Use Amazon and Target vendor portals.
• Maintain Excel-based financial records.
• Support inventory valuation and adjustments (optional).
