Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience to join one of our clients remotely. You will maintain accurate financial records, manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, reconcile accounts, process transactions, and support financial reporting for international clients from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or similar.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• High level of accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and track outstanding payments.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Support payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks where required.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Ensure financial records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
