Job summary

Accrew LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper & Account Manager to perform monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and client communications, delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. You will handle advisory meetings, onboarding calls, and ongoing client check-ins, coordinating with the Bookkeeping and Operations Team to support clients.

This remote role serves U.S.-based clients with part-time hours and potential for growth within Accrew.

Qualifications

• Must be QBO ProAdvisor Certified.
• Prior bookkeeping experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with monthly bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Record monthly transactions and journal entries.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and contractor payments.
• Prepare monthly reports in line with service agreement.
• Coordinate onboarding calls and recurring client check-ins.
• Maintain client records and documentation for transferability.
