Job summary

Wing is seeking a dedicated bookkeeper to support international clients from a fully remote setup. This role handles AR, invoicing, balance sheets, payroll documents, and monthly financials, with US tax knowledge preferred and strong Excel/QuickBooks usage.

You’ll work 20–40 hours per week aligned to US work hours, with opportunities for training, growth, and a collaborative, confidential environment.

Qualifications

1 year of proven bookkeeper experience with international clients.
Knowledge of US taxation is preferred.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminology and practices.
Proficient with QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel.
Tech-savvy with cloud services, VoIP, and online calendars.

Responsibilities

Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, and municipalities.
Perform accounts receivable tasks: invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
Conduct reconciliation of accounts as needed.
Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly reports to track company financials.
Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
Maintain confidentiality of company books and records.
Handle ad hoc tasks.
