• Record monthly transactions and reconcile bank/credit card accounts.
• Lead onboarding calls and regular client check-ins.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and maintain process documentation.
• Translate technical accounting queries into clear guidance for clients.
• Tackle annual cleanup tasks and support tax-year reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client service.
