Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Team Lead to support a Claims manager, overseeing Commercial Auto Claims adjusting staff in a remote-first environment. The role blends leadership with hands-on claims work, driving operational efficiency through analytics and technology.

You will coach, report, and partner with clients while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance claims across lines, 3+ years in leadership, and an active adjuster license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; professional designations are a plus.
• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines; auto experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably remote management.
• Active adjuster license (resident-state or DHS); willingness to obtain required licenses within 60 days.
• Comfortable using technology to evolve claims systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup/leader when the Manager is out of office.
• Direct reports management and onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Act as SME for first-line questions, escalations and roundtable discussions.
• Increase reserve and payment authority for moderate reviews.
• Lead topics for team Huddles and workshops; drive customer-centric mindset.
