Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Bodily Injury Team Lead to act as a working leader supporting a claims manager, overseeing a team of commercial auto adjusters, and driving operational efficiencies through technology and analytics. This remote-first role balances leadership with individual contribution as workload dictates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, Bodily Injury preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in a remote environment.
• Experience with ride share or TNC/Livery claims.
• Active adjuster license: resident state license or DHS; willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of commercial auto adjusters.
• Achieve goals and overcome obstacles.
• Implement best practices for claims processes including intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement and recovery.
• Align team with client and customer expectations.
• Provide escalation support for complex claims.
• Mentor and train staff; assist with recruitment as needed.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analyses to clients and customers.
• Serve as backup leader when the Manager is out of office.
• Handle onboarding tasks and access for new hires.
• Manage increased reserve and payment authority with moderate reviews.
• Lead team Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops.
• Balance claims handling with coaching and feedback in a remote-first environment.
• Maintain agile mindset and adapt priorities quickly.
