Formación

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licenses as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims; monitors workloads and provides training.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Maintains a diary on claims and tracks complex or high exposure claims.
• Identifies trends and proposes process improvements to management.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and claims beyond individual authority.
• Maintains contact with client to foster professional relationships and provide written resumes of claims as requested.
• Ensures reports are properly documented and staff properly licensed.
