• Initial Handler Bodily Injury Adjusters to support West Coast claims and early resolution.

Responsibilities

• Applies understanding of auto policies and company guidelines.
• Handles investigation of coverage, liability and damages with limited discretion.
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic injury claims when involved.
• Recognizes body parts and potential property damage during claims handling.
• Identifies customer needs and delivers effective service.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
