Responsibilities include investigating coverage, liability, and damages, applying policy knowledge, and negotiating outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced auto claims investigation including coverage, liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements and determine subrogation or fraud potential.
• Apply experience at Adjuster II level or related specialty rotations.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced understanding of company policies and relationships.
• Investigate all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence within higher authority.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate injury claims when applicable.
• Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
• Meet customer needs using strong customer service skills.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
