Responsibilities

• Investigate advanced auto claims including coverage, liability and damages
• Apply insurance policy knowledge within authority limits
• Review and negotiate injury claims when applicable
• Identify vehicle body parts and related property damage
• Assess customer needs and provide service-oriented solutions
• Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and respond accordingly
• Move toward specialized or senior adjustment roles as needed
