Qualifications

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic auto accidents
• Evaluate liability, verify coverage, and negotiate claims within authority
• Strong analytical and customer service skills to manage complex claims from first notice to early resolution

Responsibilities

• Apply basic understanding of company policies and industry standards to auto claims
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion
• Review and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable
• Identify body parts and potential property damage during claims handling
• Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate service
• Assess subrogation or fraud potential and respond appropriately
