Job summary

Ideal candidates have BI claims experience, can interpret policy language, and preferably hold an active adjuster license. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior bodily injury claims handling experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret policy language and identify coverage issues.
• Active adjuster license is preferred for the states supported.

Responsibilities

• Investigate auto claims for coverage, liability, and damages within authority.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims.
• Recognize body parts and potential property damage on vehicles.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service.
• Assess subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly.
