Shifts include 11am-8pm EST or 12pm-9pm EST, with base compensation in the BI Adjuster Analyst III/Cons levels. Strong analytical and customer service skills are essential to manage complex claim scenarios from first notice through early resolution.

Formación

• Experience handling auto claims investigations with liability and damages.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills; able to manage complex claims.
• Active insurance license status or compliance with onboarding licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Applies basic understanding of policies to investigations of auto claims.
