Job summary

Davies North America seeks a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a full-time, remote Florida-based position. Manage third-party General Liability, Auto Liability, E&O, and bodily injury claims, with travel for meetings and inspections as needed.

Responsibilities include investigations, appraisals coordination, communications with insureds and claimants, and ensuring timely, thorough resolutions while maintaining licensure and CEU requirements. Florida residency and FL license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling and settling bodily injury claims, including represented and unrepresented files.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Possession of a FL All Lines Adjuster license.
• Captive Program experience is highly preferred.
• Property experience is highly preferred.
• Maintain CEU credits for FL All Lines Adjuster license.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as outlined for Auto Property Damage/General Liability Adjuster.
• Review workflow and claim system reminders within 72 hours.
• Review new claims assignments within 24 hours of assignment.
• Contact insured/claimant within 24 hours of assignment.
• Coordinate appraisals and estimates per client guidelines.
• Gather evidence and interview claimants and witnesses.
• Request payment authorization per client guidelines and policy.
• Follow client guidelines for claim denials and updates.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and defense counsel when applicable.
• Record all communications and activities in the claim system.
