Job summary

North American Risk Services Inc. is hiring a Senior Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for our Personal Lines Transportation Team. This remote role requires heavy litigation experience and a proven track record in handling severe injury claims, with an active adjuster license.

You will manage complex cases, coordinate medical care, analyze coverage, negotiate settlements, and oversee reserves and reporting. Willingness to obtain Florida licensing or other required licensing is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of prior claim adjusting experience, preferably in the line of business handled.
• 5+ years of heavy litigation experience.
• Willingness to obtain Florida Adjuster's License or other required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current claim metrics.
• Handle a caseload commensurate with complexity.
• Establish facts of loss, conduct coverage analysis, investigate, determine compensability/liability.
• Coordinate medical care and litigation management as appropriate.
• Perform timely reserve analysis and report completion.
• Attend conferences/meetings, mentor other adjusters, assist management.
• Ensure all filings comply with statutes, client guidelines and best practices.
• Travel as needed.
