Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred with BI claims experience.
• Active Adjuster’s license is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate auto liability claims and determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or attorneys.
• Review medical records and statements for claim viability.
• Assess damages and preserve evidence where needed.
• Maintain timely communication with insureds and other parties.
• Coordinate with Special Investigations Unit on potential fraud.
