Job summary

Jerry.ai’s Business Operations & Analytics team embeds within core business areas—growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships—and owns the analytics end-to-end for that unit. You will drive insights, shape questions, and deliver data-backed decisions.

You’ll leverage SQL and Python to build dashboards, run experiments, and translate findings into actions that lift core metrics and scale the business from 5M to 50M customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in analytics at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the right questions to answer and the decision the analysis informs.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights.
• Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations and drive next steps.
