Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for its Business Operations & Analytics team, embedded in growth, product, AI and automation. You will own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area and shape questions, data pulls, conclusions, and decisions to move the business from 5M to 50M customers.

You’ll surface dashboards and run experiments, partnering with product, growth, and operations to deliver impact and scale across every unit.

Qualifications

• First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Direct communicator who can influence leadership decisions and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems before analysis and push back on flawed questions.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and surface insights to move key metrics.
• Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive outcomes.
