Job summary

Jerry.ai is expanding its Business Operations & Analytics team to drive growth, product, and partnerships. You will embed in a core business area and own the analytical function end-to-end, from problem framing to delivering data-driven decisions.

You’ll push for the right questions, build dashboards, run experiments, and surface insights that move key metrics. A background in consulting or high-growth tech is ideal, with strong communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, surface insights.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations and drive execution with product, growth, finance or operations.
