Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Business Operations & Analytics professional to sit within a core business area—growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships—and own the analytics function end-to-end. You will surface insights, define metrics, run experiments, and drive decisions across teams to accelerate our growth to the next milestone.

You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team of former McKinsey/BCG/Bain consultants, pushing for impact without bloat or excessive approvals, and you’ll also contribute

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and decision it informs; push back if the question is flawed.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive next steps.
