Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics to join our growing team. You will champion data-driven decisions across critical initiatives (carrier growth, 0-1 product development) using advanced models to shape growth strategies.

You will partner with marketing, product, and business development to translate customer insights into acquisition strategies, design and analyze experiments, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
• High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development to translate customer performance into acquisition strategies
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business strategies
• Define and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
