Jerry is hiring for a high-impact Business Operations & Analytics role embedded within core business units such as growth, product, and AI automation. You will own the analytical function for your unit, surface insights, and influence decisions that move key metrics.

You will work with SQL, Python, and modern analytics tools to define questions, build dashboards, and run experiments that shape product strategy and growth. We value owners who deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Explain complex findings to stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Own end-to-end analyses and drive execution across teams.
• 1+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Experience with SQL or Python to analyze data and build insights.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and the questions analyses should answer.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments.
• Bring data-driven recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations, and drive next steps.
